Wedding Season is here and in full force! We have had two wonderful couples already grace the Taylor-Grady House this month for their beautiful, fun filled wedding receptions! Both couples were married right down the street at First Methodist Church in downtown Athens! Post ceremony, guests filed in through the front door of the house and into the dining room and ballroom for a cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing outside on the back lawn!
Both couples opted for a tent over the lawn and patio. |

Yesterday, the Junior League of Athens (Stewards of the Taylor-Grady House) held their annual Past Presidents Luncheon at the Taylor-Grady House. I wanted to share this with you all because it's just another example of the variety of events we hold and can hold at the TGH. It was a simple, elegant luncheon with a great group of women and a great message! Many of these ladies have come to know the Taylor-Grady House as their home away from home so it was really nice to have them back for a visit! |
